Anne Wagaki is the Chief Operating Officer at Ronalds LLP. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematical Sciences with IT majoring in Pure and Applied Mathematics from Maseno University and currently pursuing masters in strategic management.
She has over 3 years of practical experience as the head of operations overseeing the Finance, HR, Marketing, IT departments and other company operations. Anne holds the ever so important responsibility of ensuring the firm delivers only quality services and that its processes are efficient and effective.
Doreen is a director of corporate advisory services at Ronalds LLP. She heads the company secretarial and corporate services departments at Ronalds LLP. She has a wealth of experience in strategic planning, governance, management, company registration, and immigration matters.
Doreen holds a bachelors degree in Community development from Daystar
University.
Paul is a Manager at Ronalds LLP. He has over 7 years of experience in audit for financial institutions, Investment companies, and SMEs. He currently specializes in audit for financial institutions including Savings and Credit
Cooperative Societies, Microlending and microfinance institutions and Investment companies. He is well versed with International financial reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
Prior to joining Ronalds LLP, Paul has worked in diverse positions in tier oneSaccos in Kenya.
Paul is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya CPA(K) and a member of the Institute Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (ICPAK). He holds bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Finance option) from Catholic Universityof Eastern Africa (CUEA).
Phylis Sonye is a seasoned Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and Business Development Professional. She is experienced in service delivery processes, Executive proposal writing, and client satisfaction in the Professional Services field. Phylis is tasked with the role of ensuring that our clients receive exceptional value from our services. She assists in developing service delivery processes that ensure client satisfaction, and she also carries out and champions all the client relationship management activities.
Phyllis holds a Diploma in Public Relations from Kenya Institute of Management(KIM) and has also undergone professional training in Sales, Marketing, and Client Relationship Management.
