CPA Ronald N. Bwosi is an innovative and resourceful Partner with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams through a strategic direction. Ronald is an audit & tax expert and the managing partner of Ronalds LLP since inception. He is well versed with the International Standards on Auditing as well as the International Financial Reporting Standards. Ronald has spent several years auditing and advising organizations and companies in the profit and not for profit sectors and has extensive experience in audit of organizations in the Public sector, financial services and commercial sectors.

Ronald holds a degree in Accounting & Finance and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). He is practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS),a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and a member of Kenya Institute of Management (KIM).”I have also been a participant in numerous international and local trainings and conferences that have horned my skills in leadership and business advisory”.

Ronald is also an accredited Governance Auditor by the Institute of Certified Secretaries and is a board member on some few boards. He is also a trainer on various ICPAK forums especially on Cloud Accounting, International Standards on Auditing and Practice Management areas. In the past, Ronald was repeatedly invited as a radio talk show host at Radio Africa as an expert on financial matters affecting small and medium sized entities (SMEs).

Evelyne is an NPOs audit at Ronalds LLP and a Public Benefits Organizations audit specialist. She has over 8 years of post-qualification experience. She is conversant with audits of USAID funded projects and other international donors. She also has a good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).

Evelyne is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPAK) and a member of the Institute Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (ICPAK). She holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Economics and Sociology from Kenyatta University

Peter is a Partner and the Head of Tax & Corporate Finance at Ronalds LLP. He has over 9 years of post-qualification experience in Taxation, Corporate Finance, Management Accounting, Corporate Restructuring, Tax Dispute Resolution and Strategic Business Advisory. Over the last 5 years, Peter has led the tax and corporate finance teams at Ronalds LLP, providing direction and invaluable counsel to these teams.

He has advised clients on various strategic tax matters, transfer pricing and corporate finance in the East African region. He is a well versed technical expert,having led multiple teams in executing tax & financial due diligences, cross border tax advisories, business valuations and corporate restructurings in different countries in the region including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda & Mauritius.

Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Finance (First Class Honors) from Kenyatta University. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya(ICPAK).He is currently pursuing the coveted CFA certification.

Festus is a partner at  Ronalds   LLP and has  over  8 years  of audit experience. He has undertaken various assignments in: Financial reviews and   audit,  assurance and advisory,  Corporate Finance, Forensic audit and accounting Management accounting organization and Risk Management and  Taxation. He oversees the team that undertakes the audit for commercial and trading entities such as manufacturing, Oil and gas, Retail, Hospitality and services ,professional service firms, Transport and  logistics, Building and  construction and other profit making entities.

Festus is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya CPA(K) and he holds a Bachelor  of Commerce Degree in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of  Agriculture and Technology(JKUAT).

Charity is a Designate Partner & Head of Advisory Services at Ronalds LLP and has over 6 years of post–qualification experience. She is well versed with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs). Charity is in-charge of providing management and Financial Advisory and audit services to the clients in the commercial and not for profit sectors. Charity is a Certified Public Accountant CPA(K) and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK). She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Eldoret.
