IFRS 9 Impact on the Financial Sector and Applicability.

IFRS 9 (Revised) is applicable to financial years starting 1st January 2018. Our interaction with our clients and various stakeholders has brought about various questions and challenges on the application and compliance on this standard. The aspect of expected credit loss adjustment will fundamentally affect the result of many institutions. It is on this basis that Ronalds & Associates has assembled a technical team of internal Experts to demystify this standard to make it more clear to the stakeholders.
