Peter is a Partner and the Head of Tax & Corporate Finance at Ronalds LLP. He has over 9 years of post-qualification experience in Taxation, Corporate Finance, Management Accounting, Corporate Restructuring, Tax Dispute Resolution and Strategic Business Advisory. Over the last 5 years, Peter has led the tax and corporate finance teams at Ronalds LLP, providing direction and invaluable counsel to these teams.

He has advised clients on various strategic tax matters, transfer pricing and corporate finance in the East African region. He is a well versed technical expert,having led multiple teams in executing tax & financial due diligences, cross border tax advisories, business valuations and corporate restructurings in different countries in the region including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda & Mauritius.

Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Finance (First Class Honors) from Kenyatta University. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya(ICPAK).He is currently pursuing the coveted CFA certification.
